In partnership with Wholesale Club, I was commissioned to profile one of their most loyal customers. I needed to create a segment they could play on a large, vertical touchscreen at various promotional events and exhibitions.
While shooting, I had to be very wary of the portrait-style vertical format they required for their displays. Being careful of the way I framed my shots would be crucial for me during post-production. I shot the footage in 4K to give me extra flexibility and wiggle room while I was editing.
This footage was shot with a Sony a6300 and the time-lapse shots were done with a Panasonic Lumix G7.
The small size of the a6300 really allowed me to really get in there and get some shots that I would not have been able to get with a larger, more intrusive camera.
